Hi I have a great flat to rent in SE22

Lovely 1st floor Victorian conversion flat available to rent ( unfurnished) in The Gardens in East Dulwich - a private square with communal gardens in the centre, which the flat overlooks.

It's a lovely bright sunny flat with a good size reception room, with bay and sash windows. Has a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine and fridge freezer supplied.

We are refurbishing the bathroom so it will be brand new ready for next tenant

Bus stop only 2 mins walk away, as is Peckham Rye Common.

Free parking

Rent ?1350 per month excluding bills, available from around end February 2016

Please Pm me for further info/ to arrange a viewing etc

    • My perspective is the same as yours Sue.   Biggest issue is toad rage when I cycle, mainly drivers but once a Line bike rider I expect coked up.  But even that is rare
    • I'm interested to know other people's experiences. As in any urban environment, I'm careful. I try not to use my phone outside  unnecessarily, and if I'm coming home by myself  late at night I also keep an eye out for any potential threats. But that doesn't mean  I "don't feel safe". It's just sensible. The only time I have ever felt seriously unsafe in London was decades ago  when I was a teenager, and that was one specific incident which could have happened anywhere. I do however try to avoid places with loads of right wing thugs getting drunk and waving flags.
