Very house proud and take pride in keeping the

space the best it can be lots of nice period

features and decor. Currently just myself

Looking for someone clean considerate and

professional not a party house at all. Should

mention also Have one other tenant a 9 year old

cat so pet lovers would be better and occasionally my Frenchie who lives with me sporadically.

Nearest station is 10 and 14 mins away

respectively that's North dulwich & East dulwich

station. Nearest bus stop is 5 mins away with

transport into central London so very well

connected. I make the commute to Shepherd's Bush everyday and it takes me around 40 mins.

The shared kitchen has all mod cons for those that like to cook and those that don't there's a microwave as well.

For more details don't hesitate to contact me.

Warm regards.

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
