Sale agreed for Extra deep bookshelf/sideboard unit

Recommended Posts

This is a modular shelving unit with very deep shelves. We used it to store large Art books (Phaidon, etc.) and vinyl records. It has been stained dark brown/mahogany but could easily be painted another colour if desired. The whole thing can be disassembled for transport and would fit easily in a car. The unit also works as individual shelf-width structures, so could be used as a desk or table if needed.

Dimensions are: ten feet long by two feet deep by three feet tall. Each individual shelf is one metre wide not counting uprights.

Unwanted due to downsizing. We are moving, so looking for a pick-up before Friday of this week. ?40 or near offer.

    • Hi, does anyone have their up to date number please?
    • I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.
    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
