do you know if it has effected Ulverscroft road as I couldn't top up my boiler this morning

There was a burst in Ulverscroft Road, which has now finally been fixed. Was a river running down this road and then down North Cross Road.

When I phoned the water people yesterday morning they said they were treating it as an emergency but couldn't get at the leak due to parked cars.

Surely they have authority to move cars if it's an emergency?!?!?

Walked past leak on Upland next to corner of Henslowe water not gushing but flowing phone Thames Water reported problem and was told could be 15 days as not a major leak .. guess they are busy
