I see you?ve removed the email issue note at the top of the home page, but I?m still having issues and not getting anything. I did (perhaps quite stupidly given the known issue) try to change my email address earlier in the week And haven?t received the verification/confirmation email and can?t see a way to resend it. Can you help at all please?

By way of introduction, I'm part of a team of researchers at a research agency, ExperienceLab (https://www.experience-lab.com/).

We're currently looking for local participants for a 1 hour phone call to answer a few questions about how they use Santander Cycles, for which they'd be paid ?40 cash if they're selected.
