Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Pilates Classes at Zen Yoga in Camberwell.


Alternating weekly Yoga and Pilates classes to ensure a more rounded approach to preparation for birth and recovery post partum.

Classes to restore, strengthen and energise the body following birth.

Babies are welcomed to join the practice each week

Corinne and Simone welcome any pregnant mother from 13 weeks gestation and beyond to the classes and can accommodate most issues or complications related to pregnancy.

Post Natal Pilates- Pilates with Baby to restore, strengthen and invigorate the body

Pregnancy Yoga -Gentle yoga to open your body and harness your breath in preparation for birth

Pregnancy Pilates- Pilates to engage and stabilise your body to support the growth of

your baby.

    • These have reduced over the years, are "perfect" lives Round Robins being replaced by "perfect" lives Instagram posts where we see all year round how people portray their perfect lives ?    The point of this thread is that for the last few years, due to issues at the mail offices, we had delays to post over Christmas. Not really been flagged as an issue this year but I am still betting on the odd card, posted well before Christmas, arriving late January.
