Hi there everyone,

Joe here, I use to host the Gut Rocking comedy night upstairs at the East Dulwich Tavern on Lordship Lane.

I have just completed the Clean 9 (a weight management and cleansing programme)

I feel happier & healthier and have much more energy, even after 9 days.

I lost 13lb and 7 cm around my waist. I was so impressed I am now promoting the programme.

If anyone is interested and wants more info, please let me know.

Happy to meet up for a coffee in East Dulwich or get in touch by e-mail: [email protected]

Thanks,

Joe x

I just googled it. It doesn't seem to involve any actual food, just tablets, or possibly a very low calorie diet, is that right? And it costs over ?100 for the nine days' supplies?

Not being funny, but if you eat very little for 9 days you are bound to lose a lot of weight, especially if you are a bit hefty to start with. Much of it will be water which will go straight back on as soon as you start eating normally again.

And it's a legal version of a pyramid selling scheme? (Not putting it down for that, I used to sell things in one and also started selling them because I got good results with them personally).

Do you have a link to more information? I'm not sure I landed on the right site/s when googling it.

Hi Sue,

Thanks for getting in touch.

To quickly answer some of your questions:

The programme does involve food

No tablets involved nutritional supplements

Comes with a 60 day money back guarantee- I was sceptical at first but was open to trying something new.

Pyramids are illegal- the company operate globally in 158 countries so it's legally approved by 158 governments

It's a really positive programme and a great way to reset bad habits and to kick start some good ones, most importantly for me I felt great and full of energy. I suffer from low moods and it really helped with that.

Happy to chat more over e-mail and tell you more,

Regards, Joe x

Hi Loz,

Thanks for getting in touch. A bit of both really.

I am promoting it by recommending it to others and selling it by distributing the product and making 35 percent which is the difference between the wholesale and retail price as I am registered Forever distributor.

If you want to know more about the C9 here's a couple of great links which give more knowledge and insight:

Anything else I can help you with let me know,

Regards,

Joe

    • This week's edition of The Briefing Room I found really useful and impressively informative on the training aspect.  David Aaronovitch has come a long way since his University Challenge day. 😉  It's available to hear online or download as mp3. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002n7wv In a few days time resident doctors -who used to be known as junior doctors - were meant to be going on strike. This would be the 14th strike by the doctors’ union since March 2023. The ostensible reason was pay but now the dispute may be over without more increases to salary levels. The Government has instead made an offer to do something about the other big issue for early career doctors - working conditions and specialist training places. David Aaronovitch and guests discuss what's going on and ask what the problem is with the way we in Britain train our doctors? Guests: Hugh Pym, BBC Health Editor Sir Andrew Goddard, Consultant Gastroenterologist Professor Martin McKee, Professor of European Public Health, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Mark Dayan, Policy Analyst, Nuffield Trust. Presenter: David Aaronovitch Producers: Caroline Bayley, Kirsteen Knight, Cordelia Hemming Production Co-ordinator: Maria Ogundele Sound Engineers: Michael Regaard, Gareth Jones Editor: Richard Vadon
    • That was one that the BBC seem to have lost track of.  But they do still have quite a few. These are some in their 60s archive. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m0028zp6
