Large double room to rent in a spacious 3 bed, 3 story house situated in a private estate in East Dulwich. The room is available from 21st March. It is a large double situated on the 3rd floor and is partly furnished with double bed & wardrobe. It is ?850 per month, bills not included.

Situated just off Barry Road, it is close to multiple transport links & amenities. It is an 8 minute walk to Lordship Lane & is within equal walking distance to both Peckham Rye Park & Dulwich Park.

The 2 other bedrooms in the house are occupied by professionals working locally. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, shared living room, garage & back garden.

      My perspective is the same as yours Sue.   Biggest issue is toad rage when I cycle, mainly drivers but once a Line bike rider I expect coked up.  But even that is rare

      I'm interested to know other people's experiences. As in any urban environment, I'm careful. I try not to use my phone outside  unnecessarily, and if I'm coming home by myself  late at night I also keep an eye out for any potential threats. But that doesn't mean  I "don't feel safe". It's just sensible. The only time I have ever felt seriously unsafe in London was decades ago  when I was a teenager, and that was one specific incident which could have happened anywhere. I do however try to avoid places with loads of right wing thugs getting drunk and waving flags.
