Recommendations for Removal Company or Help with Moving

I will be moving from a two bed flat in ED to a 2 bed flat in Balham beginning of April.

Could anyone recommend a good, well priced company or persons with van? It will involve carrying up and down stairs as neither property has a lift, about thirty steps each end! Not too much furniture but several large printers - don't ask!!! I carried these up the stairs on my own so not that heavy really. No beds or sofas to move though.
