Hello

We no longer need our Bugaboo Bee Original.

This buggy has done the miles and I am by no means selling a buggy to be used as a buggy - this is more for parts, or if you're able to fix a few things then it could have more use but I would think this could be easily dismantled for parts. I'll try and explain as best I can but please don't hesitate to contact me for photos or questions.

Front and rear wheels have recently been replaced and are in good condition.

Two hoods - one blue and one red - both sun faded around the rim.

Buggy Board wheeled with safety strap

Sun/UV Viser

Non bubagoo brand rain cover (cheap one as bugaboo bee no longer make original and it needed replacing)

Shopping carrier - still in perfect working order but this buggy has has travelled the world and done the distances so it's tatty.

Original bugaboo foot muff/cosy feet with broken zip on the left hand side (it comes with two zips).

The frame is still relatively ok, it was replaced by Bugaboo a year after purchase and it works fine, albeit a bit tatty.

Re the seat - the connection is broken on the left handside where it connects to the frame and so the seat is at an angle and doesn't lock in, so whatever height it is it will always dip on the left hand side. The hood no longer connects into the seat. The covering for the seat is absolutely fine, so are the straps.

As I say, this is the original Bugaboo so the parts will only fit the original model (2007-2009) so please don't contact me if you are looking for parts for a later model.

My phone number is 07899915991, am happy to explain or send photos.

Many thanks

    • I am  ill in bed with Covid. It's not that I "can't be bothered" to read things. I am feeling crap and don't have the mental  energy at the moment. I am not "brushing stuff aside and pleading ignorance." I am truthfully saying when I don't presently know enough about something to be able to comment. I have always been very careful to try to  differentiate between fact and opinion in both  my posts and other people's, and I am not clear what your point is. And I am certainly not trying to wind anybody up. This is a forum. If you don't want to respond to my posts, that's up to you. I'm not sure why you feel the need to announce it.
    • @NewWave I know how you feel. Like you, I've lived and spent prolonged periods of time in some pretty crazy places and always thought I could handle a bunch of kids. But, no - they got to me and I was shaking like a leaf afterwards. That's what age does to us.  But I did engage with them, so bear that in mind.  My advice would be to never let anything like that stop you doing the things you love. I'm certainly not going to stop using the park, there's no way they get to take away our cherished spaces!  If you see them, just change tack and keep out of their way. My dog won't even go that way again, so that's that problem solved. (If I see them again, I'm going to keep taking photos from a safe distance).
    • Truly horrific. Being passive or fighting back is what many of us think about by violent theft.
    • What ridiculous waste of money
