Childminder/Nanny share Nunhead

Recommended Posts

I am looking for a nanny share or childminder in the Nunhead area for my 1 year old son from March for 3 days a week Tues Wednesday Thursday (or possibly Monday Tuesday Wednesday) I am keen for him to spend time with other children and attend local groups/classes. To be cared for in either our home or the childminders home. I'd be looking for someone who has the time to nurture an attachment with my son and meet his emotional, developmental and social needs.

Look forward to hearing from you

Good evening,

I am currently working for a family in ED and I live in ED, but as my contract will end soon I am looking for a new position.

Nanny and French teacher for young children for more than 2 years now, I have good experience and references. I used to work with children between 1 and 4 yo.

Fun, creative and reliable, I am looking for a 2/3 full days position in ED.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information and CV.

Have a lovely evening,

Marlene

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
