I am looking for a new tenant for my studio flat(unfurnished)on Palace Road in Tulse Hill, available now.

The flat which is on the ground floor of a victorian conversion has one large room, a separate kitchen and bathroom and a small hallway, it is in very good decorative order. All windows and front door have security bars.

The main room has a new fire place (installed in 2015), wardrobe and book storage with oak flooring. The kitchen has floor to ceiling shelves for storage along with a 5 hob oven and dishwasher.

The property which is in zone 2 is a 5-6 minute walk from Tulse Hill train station and a 3-4 minute walk to the bus stops to Brixton, elephant & Castle and London Bridge.

I am seeking a long term and peaceful professional tenant. Rent ?900 PCM plus one month's deposit. References will be required.

  The Government has set an ambitios target to build 1.5 million new homes bu the end of this 4 year term. Possibly unachievable due to various issues in the building industry but ambitious none the less. What they seem to have failed to plan for, which was brought home by this year's drought, is adding more inferstructure including Reservoirs, power lines and sewerage treatment centres. Ate they setting us up for more problems in the future?

  If you know the layout of the Chequers estate, it is clearly unfeasible and logistically complex to project images onto the facade of the main building. Unless you are the military or something.
