We have a double bedroom available on the 13 March. Rent is ?450 excl bills.

We look over Peckham rye park near the Clock House pub. Great location. We are looking for a professional, considerate and tidy person who is looking for a home rather than a crash pad.

You'd be living with 2 girls, 29 & 34.

We have quite opposite schedules so would like to ideally meet people Saturday between 12-4. Please PM with any questions.
