IKEA Desk Available for Free, Pickup Overhill Road

Got a sweet IKEA desk available for free (dimensions L x 120cm, W x 60cm, H x 73cm) with pickup from Overhill Road, East Dulwich, available immediately. There is an image below, and a link to it on the IKEA site - colour is as in photo (obviously). The top is currently not attached to the legs, so it's super easy to transport, and you can have the fun of screwing them together (Disclaimer: I have no idea how this would be done, not sure that was IKEA's intention).

You could use this desk for so many things - working from home, procrastinating over writing a novel, writing angry letters to Southwark's planning department, standing on it to see over the neighbour's fence (just WHAT is it that makes their carp so damn shiny?)...the possibilities are endless.

Please, don't be a desk-pot and give productivity a time to shine with this multi-functional bad boy.

Hey, I think it would be manageable by two people, one with the legs and one with the top. However, I have had some other interest who are due to pick it up when I'm around tomorrow - I will let you know first if they do not want it for whatever reason. Thanks!

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
