help with the financial details of business plan needed asap.

I've been involved in a very long winded negotiation to rent/lease some space for a business in a building belonging to a charity. After months and months of indecisions/changing goal posts etc they have recently decided to get a move on and would like to discuss the proposal at a Trustee meeting next week.

I've already submitted a business proposal once but due to a complete lack of information on their part the financial elements were sketchy at best.

I really need some help putting together this side of things.

Been in touch with several accountants and I am more than happy to pay but it's very difficult to arrange at such short notice.

Can anyone help, again I'm happy to pay.

Thanks

Karen.

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. The article contained: "That arrest had quite an impact on the [phone theft] numbers for the following month,” said Green.  Here's another indicator, admittedly a piece of police PR,  of how well-targeted police efforts, mostly invisible to us,  can when successful  seriously affect offending figures: https://news.met.police.uk/news/met-police-drive-down-theft-and-robbery-by-84-percent-in-battersea-and-nine-elms-500495.
    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
