And buy a car seat that will see your baby from birth all the way until they are approx 4 years old.

I am selling a brand new Casualplay Bi Care Fix Car Seat Isofix Reboarder Group 0 1 - 0 18 kg. It offers double protection, as the name indicates: in can be used both forward and rear facing. The special feature is the long period of use. This seat is designed to be suitable for children up to weight of 18 kg (approx 4 years old) - much longer than a normal, rear facing baby car seat. Using a rear facing car seat provides greater safety for babies and toddlers, as recent scientific studies have shown. The Casualplay Bi Care Fix Car Seat Isofix Reboarder Group 0 1 - 0 18 kg meets the requirements of different age stages: both as forward and rear facing car seat, the seat can be adjusted in different positions ? one for class 0+ and two for class 2. The seat also has a removable seat insert so its inside can also grow with the little passenger. The seat of the Casualplay Bi Care Fix Car Seat Isofix Reboarder Group 0 1 - 0 18 kg offers all-round protection. This front, side and rear protection as well as rollover protection is achieved thanks to the collapsible energy absorbing elements and the flexible structure of the seat. Plus the seat unit features a ventilation system. On the sides of the seat, there are integrated ventilation channels that promote natural transpiration. Now your child can rest very comfortably in the tall seat unit even during longer journeys or in summer. Plus the cover of the Casualplay Bi Care Fix Car Seat Isofix Reboarder Group 0 1 - 0 18 kg is removable and machine washable at 30 degrees.

This seat is brand new, I bought it for my daughter in January but we now need a seat that we can use without isofix.

Comes complete with isofix base. Never used.

    • It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.
    • Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
