2 Bed Rental wanted

Hi all,

My fianc? and I are looking to move to the East Dulwich, Peckham Rye area and are looking to rent a 2 bedroom property with separate living room and kitchen. Build in storage would be an advantage as would some storage cupboards. A garden would be great, but I know I may be asking a little too much? We would also need it unfurnished.

We are looking for long term. At least 12 months, but would be happy to commit to 24 if needed.

We are both full time professionals, don't have any pets and are clean people.

We would like to move on or before 23rd April.

Thank you for replying.

Our budget is as little as possible, as we're saving for our wedding. But we could push to around ?1500 per month, ?1550 if the place is right.
