Lovely live-in nanny wanted for 4 days a week

Hi, we are looking for an experienced nanny for our two children. Our daughter is nearly 3 and our son is 1 year old. The position is live-in and sole charge from 7am - 6.30/7pm Monday to Thursday starting in early April. Our 1 year old will be at home every day and our 3 year old just 2 days.

Our children love trips to the park, music groups and library visits as well as home-based activities like painting, baking etc. Strong English is essential as our children love reading and we would like the nanny to keep a diary record of the day. With the position comes a lovely bright studio flat which has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom plus views of the garden. We live near North Dulwich station.

  Because much of the assets have already been stripped and the big dividends already paid out. The big money has been made. The costs going forward to repair the failing infrastructure is going to be huge and the that cost could fall to the taxpayer.
