A recommendation for Bobbly who recently made some living room curtains for us - which look amazing. Lori (Bobbly's real name!) was great to work with - she gave me really good advice (for example on what lining material to go for) - and was reasonably priced, this included the price of fitting the curtains and steaming them so they retained their shape.
