No agents please. Available now.

This first floor flat has just been redecorated, with new wood floors and fitted with new furniture for you to enjoy and is located just steps from Myatts Field Park. The flat is one of 10 in the building with shared use of a private garden. All the residents are young professionals who enjoy a get together in long sunny days in the garden during the summer.

The flat has 1 bedroom fitted with a pair of wardrobes and a double bed, and a door to a small balcony overlooking the garden; an open plan kitchen/living area with lots of light through 3 windows looking out onto the garden; a modern bathroom and a good sized entrance hall.

The location is ideal for those loving a quiet place but with easy commute into the city, west end or central London with many buses from Camberwell New Road and Brixton Road; Loughborough Junction train station is 7 minutes away; and Oval, Stockwell and Brixton tube stations are less than 15 min walk. If you like biking you can be in town in 15 min.

Myatts Field Park next door has two tennis courts, a cafe, bandstand, lots of football and space for jogging and is managed by the local community. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars in both Camberwell and Brixton. On-street parking in the local area is free.

The price is ?1300 per month excluding bills.

We'll be very happy to give you a reference from someone who's previously lived in the flat.

    • Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.
    • Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have.  The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked.  I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25?  If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.  Best wishes, Alison
    • If you have any please let me know thanks Angelina
    • Not sure they are "exotic"? They've always been around in ED in the Summer!
