Lovely Antique Victorian Dining Table - pick up this w/end

I have a very nice Antique Victorian dining table for sale (+4 Ikea chairs and cushions for free). I want to sell quickly as we are relocating, so grab yourself a bargain. The table is in good condition and is mechanically sound. There is an extra leaf (non original) and the table opens with an antique lever (as per pictures). It is a really nice table!

I will let the table go for ?100. I think this is a pretty good price for such a table - I've seen similar ones over ?400 in shops. Pick up has to be today or tomorrow during the day. If not, I'll just leave it for my tenants to enjoy.
