alieh
Appealing to the kindness of strangers here....we left our travel cot with our childminder today and forgot we need it tomorrow night. Does anyone have a spare one we could borrow for the night? The pop up type? We will use multiple sheets plus he sleeps on a sheepskin, so he won't be anywhere near the mattress.Happy to leave collateral and a nice bottle of wine in exchange! The Nappy Lady
alieh,If no one else offers, I have a Mothercare one you can borrow, more or less like this one (slightly older version but virtually identical).http://www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Travel-Cot-Cloud/dp/B002HEQCFO/sr=1-9/qid=1264795514/ref=sr_1_9/279-0952012-6868668?_encoding=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&n=42769041&mcb=coreI'm in Nunhead, so if you get offered one that is closer for you to pick up no worries, but otherwise just give me a bell, I'm in tomorrow from midday onwards for a pick up. 020 7358 1990Mollyx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/9784-a-travel-cot-to-borrow-tomorrow-sat-night/#findComment-291574 Share on other sites
Pickle
We have one similar to Molly's that I'd be happy to lend out for the evening. We're in Upland Road, will be close to home for most of the day tomorrow for you to collect.P x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/9784-a-travel-cot-to-borrow-tomorrow-sat-night/#findComment-291576 Share on other sites
alieh
So kind of you both, thank you! Pickle, we're just around the corner from you so I would love to take you up on your offer. Would after lunchtime be good if you're home for naps (if we creep up to the door very quietly!)? Do you want to PM me your mobile number and we can make sure to choose a time that works for you.Thank you again!I had stupidly thought that maybe we could just put him to sleep in the middle of the double bed while we're having dinner, but he's 13.5 months old, can walk and run, and knows how to get down off the bed so possibly not a good plan!
