RECOMMENDATION FOR KFH ESTATE AGENTS IN LORDSHIP LANE

I have just sold my flat in East Dulwich through Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Estate Agents on Lordship Lane. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service they provided was excellent. I had one main sales negotiator, Kyley Cooper, who was absolutely outstanding. If I called the office and she couldn't talk, she would call back immediately and, if she was not there, (which was very rare) there was always another member of the KFH team on hand to help. They were always fully briefed and up to date with the situation. I don't think I've ever felt that the estate agents were so dedicated and on top of things - even when it got stressful at times. They very much work as a team which I found helpful and reassuring. I have bought and sold a few properties over the years, and I can honestly say that this was really impressive. Courtesy, initiative, being one step ahead, always being helpful was par for the course. If you're buying or selling in the area, please do go to KFH on Lordship Lane. You won't be disappointed, you'll be a really happy customer.

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
