Help. Need someone to look at fridge/freezer

Hi I purchased fridge freezer off here a few months ago and keep having same problem the fridge keeps going warm and freezer extra freezing. Managed to fix it once but it's doing it again don't know if Dan be repaired or need new one .this is a big Samsung fridge freezer with cold water in middle and in like new condition I need need some help to find out Wats wrong
