Hi there,

We have a beautiful 1 bed flat coming up for let on 12th April should you be interested.

It is large (800 sq ft) and has amazing outside space. Big kitchen and separate sitting room.

We are hoping to let it privately and not use agents!

The only thing is that it is only a 1 bed, but you could make a second bedroom out of the sitting room.

It is situated on Deronda Road in Herne Hill.
