Upholstery/ mattress/ carpet cleaning

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can do upholstery, mattress and carpet cleaning? I have tenants about to move out of a flat who have left a few marks around the place.

I have a carpet in one small room (c. 5m sq). 1x rug, 2 x double mattresses and 2 x small sofas and an armchair (brush cotton) that could all do with a professional clean.

All recommendations welcome.
