Wanted: Home for single mum and one year old toddler

Hey Folks. I'm still looking for somewhere to live for me (single mum) and my one year old toddler daughter - preferably by two weeks time. Am currently living in East Dulwich in an unhealthy situation. I'd be most grateful for any suggestions for a relatively long-term, low rent, house/pet-sit, or childcare/nannying set-up.
