Our first visit to Platform 1 and a really good evening. Lee Skeet is their current resident chef, with a very imaginative and tasty fish-based menu. Very friendly and helpful service, with excellent food and an interesting wine list. Lee is there until April 23rd and I'd heartily recommend it. It's great to have such an imaginative venture on Lordship Lane.

What sort of prices are they, BNG?

It was a 35-quid tasting menu. Consomme, a fishy snack, two starters, a main and a delicious pud. Good value for a fine culinary experience. The wine's a bit pricey, but we pushed the boat out :-)

While the menus have always looked nice I have been consistently unable to visit as I haven't yet seen anything veggie ('im indoors won't have it). Looking forward to trying it out, but will have to wait until the next residency.
