Hi there

We're moving to a smaller flat and very sadly my home cinema system is just too big for our new living room. As much as I don't want to sell it, it would be a crime to put it into store.

Selling here is my Pioneer VSX-D811S AV Receiver. In its day it was lauded as one of the best AV receivers in its class and I still think the sounds it produces are superb. Music is bright and warm and it really enhances any movie soundtrack. What's more it has more ports than the Star Ship enterprise so it hooks up nicely to DVD players, Wiis, CD players and loads of other input sources.

The AV Receiver is used but in good working order. There are one or too light scratches on the top of the main casing but they're minor and not normally visible in use.

I'd like ?45 for it please.

Thanks for looking

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
