Professional couple looking to rent a 1 bed in south London

We are a couple who have been given notice to move after living in the same flat in Brockley for over 8 years, because our private landlord wants to do extensive refurbishment to the place.

If you are looking for tenants that will look after a place like it's their home, we are interested in a decent size 1 bed (un/part-furnished) with a private landlord. We are seeking a long-term let and we are open to anywhere in the south-east or south-west of London.

We are quiet and considerate tenants, non-smokers and have no pets.

Our budget is ?1000-1200 pcm. We are happy to pay for credit checks and can provide work and landlord references. We have to move out of our current place the latest by the end of June, but if the right place comes up we can consider moving earlier.

We have a beautiful 1 bed flat coming up for let on 12th April should you be interested.

It is large (800 sq ft) and has amazing outside space. Big kitchen and separate sitting room.

We are hoping to let it privately and not use agents!

The only thing is the rent is more than you quote - we will be looking for 1500 pcm

It is situated on Deronda Road in Herne Hill.
