Acedemisations of all primary schools!

Sorry I know this is not strictly relevant to this forum. I was just wondering whether people were thinking acedemisations of all primary schools is a good policy or not!

Not.

To be honest, I doubt it will make much difference for the children of East Dulwich (so long as they have no additional needs), and there will be schools that benefit from it. But overall I think it will lead to real unfairness.

To insist that a high performing school, who are happy with how things are organised, must restructure in order to please the whim of central government is crazy in my view. Totally unnecessary disruption / distraction.
