Do you have an interior design project that you are thinking to pursue but need a little help in the process, space planning, material selection and styling?

I am an interior designer with over 14 years experience on high-end residential and hospitality projects in the UK, Dubai and Hong Kong.

I have worked for the industry leaders in the luxury interior design market and have worked on many projects from concept through to completion, with attention to detail and exceeding client requirements being the main focus throughout each project. I also specialise in F&B design.

Based in SE24 I have easy access to Herne Hill, East Dulwich the surrounding areas and central London.

  There are many reasons that properties both private and council are empty and these numbers do not signify that they could be moved into tomorrow to reduce homeless numbers. For example, in my terrace of 10 houses, one house is going through probate and another is going through a large scale renovation. 20% non ocupancy seems high until you examine the reasons why. Both will be providing homes in due course, sooner rather than later.

  My apologies but I can't teach a blind to see yet... may I suggest, you could try surround yourself with people who see things differently and grow in knowledge and wisdom.

  Good update - thanks march46. The actual % Southwark Council is currently agreeing with developers that must be social housing is generally much lower - not walking the talk. And the council currently has over 1,250 empty council properties and rising, plus over 5,000 empty private properties.

  I went to LL post office yesterday at 1 o'clock and there was no queue. No one in front of me . Cheerful, helpful person served me ( not my previous experience) Staff said weather was reason for no queue . I felt like I'd won the lottery.
