In search of help

After 15 Years of working as a self employed noticed that i am left with nothing now

I'm 60 Years old

And got sick

So is my husband

Can't even to the shops

When I went last time with the leftovers od energy I could not find anything to eat

I Wonder if anyone can help

I will return the favour once

Or if we get well
