A group of locals in lockdown have got together to form 'Local Bakers ❤ Local Heroes'. We'd like to bake and deliver a surprise cake to any individuals in the area who deserve a special reward! NHS workers, care workers, bus drivers, shopkeepers, police workers, volunteers, shielded people insolation - all nominations welcome. If you know of anyone you think would like a cake, please nominate by replying to this thread on our facebook page.

Please note, we are NOT professionals - all cakes will be home baked.

  What other matters of local policy would you have decided by referendum, or is it just the one you feel strongly about? It’s a ridiculous idea. We live in a representative democracy for good reason. We’ve had re-elections since the LTN came in and those who introduced it were returned to office. You may want to revisit a debate that finished 3 years ago, but it isn’t going to happen. You need to move on. …still no one willing to defend One Dulwich’s claims I note.

  LTN is s**t. I live on LL and the traffic, noise and air pollution has never been worst since this ridiculous vanity project was introduced. It has to go - and it will.
