NEW (ish) Portuguese Tapas and Wine Bar on Bellenden Road

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, after such a fantastic welcome into the area we are hoping to spread the word on our unique Portuguese style tapas and wine bar on the Dulwich and Peckham border.

I can happily say we're not like any other tapas bar!

- Menu changes every single week with multiple new dishes added and subracted by our extremely talented head chef

- Full and extensive solely Portuguese wine list with the ever popular vinho verde's for the summer months

- Enclosed heated/air conditioned tropical winter garden / summer courtyard with a full green wall and plants EVERYWHERE!

- (A new initiative) KIDS TAPAS AT LUNCHTIMES! Get your child in the swing of the mediterranean way of life and have them dipping into their own tapas style dishes.

- Large plate lunch menu on weekends to supplement the tapas menu

- Outdoor front awning with coming soon open plan sliding front doors!

We're a family owned business taking on our 2nd adventure after a successful 1st enterprise in the west side of the capital and we have absolutely FALLEN IN LOVE with Dulwich and Peckham!

Come and give us a go :)

    • Oh. I see Neil Coyle was involved. These concerns about the election were raised a bit late in the day, weren't they? I hope somebody didn't wait until James McCash had resigned from his primary school teaching job before raising them, because on the face of it that would seem really vindictive. 🙄
    • That doesn't sound very hygienic. I would like to start swimming there again, but that has put me off. Why would anybody be taking tissues into the water? Who is responsible for the quality of the water? Surely there must be some sort of public hygiene regulations relating to this?
    • Thank you for this.  I've got three large holes dug by foxes in a very small garden! I haven't seen any actual foxes or any other sign of them. I think it's possible they may have been after ground nesting bees, as one of the holes is in a place I had white tailed bees nesting in the past. I've ordered some Scoot (found it cheapest on eBay with free delivery). It would probably drive everyone else away as well, though - I like to sit in my garden!
