Join us for the Big Butterfly Count, insect catching, butterfly crafts and refreshments on Green Dale Fields with the Friends of Green Dale. Free event for everyone. Discover this wild space behind the large Sainsbury's on Dog Kennel Hill and adjacent to the Greendale cycle path. Come blackberry picking and help with litter picking. Best litter picker prize!

  You get what you pay for. It’s an excellent gym, with a great atmosphere and personal care from a knowledgeable and professional staff. The Sharp family, who own it, are on site all the time providing support and advice and the PTs are excellent. It’s in a completely different class to a chain gym. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
