1 bed flat / studio / bedroom wanted for rent late June / early July

Hi there,

My name is James. I am looking for a one bedroom flat, however would consider a large studio, or alternatively a room in a shared flat or house in East Dulwich or the surrounding areas - Peckham, Nunhead, Herne Hill, Honor Oak, Forest Hill etc. My current lease ends mid July, so would need it from June or July time.

My budget is ?1000pcm maximum for flat, less for a room.

My priorities are lots of natural light as I have plants, and a nice feel to the flat - will consider all types of building. I am a classical musician, however can practise while flatmates are out at work during the day. I am extremely tidy, and love to garden so one would be a bonus feature for me. I am very reliable, and look after the homes I've lived in - I like to redecorate tastefully when needed and make improvements, maintaining the property. I am a laid back, friendly person with many cultural interests and like to socialise but also have my own time and space.
