studio Crystal Palace Road

I am a Wandle Housing resident in Crystal Palace road nr the GE, at the top of a

small house with a quiet resident on the ground floor and a never here resident on the first floor. The room is 16x12 approx with a kitchen and bathroom due for renewal and a small hallway with cupboards/hanging space.

I have been happy here but time to move. I am on an exchange website which has not offered anyone/anything suitable although all 5 applicants have been enthusiastic. There is a roof terrace facing south west. I am throwing this open here, all lateral thinkers welcome. I would leave cooker (cannon) washer, small fridge freezer etc, in the hope of a one bedroomed apartment not too far away.

Forgot to say : the rent is ?91 a week. I had a one year starter tenancy then a 5 year fixed term assured shorthold tenancy which I have now.
