Double room to rent on Upland Road - ?600 + bills

Hi,

After 3 nice years in this house, I am moving out (going back to France) so my double bedroom is up for rent around the 1st or 2nd week of March. You will be sharing with 2 friendly and quiet professional (and one cat!).

The house is quite big and includes on the ground floor a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a facility room (with washing machine, spare shower and spare toilet) and a terrasse. one the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a big bathroom with shower and bathtub and last floor is the 3rd bedroom.
