Fireplace surround and gas insert fire ( coal effect )

Hi

I have a Cast iron Fireplace surround and gas insert fire available.

I'm not sure what they are worth so if you are interested make me an offer.

The fireplace is probably antique, according to the fire man who replaced it.

The gas insert is a few years old and used less that 20 times, and needs a CORGI fitter to install.

SO its in good condition and I have extra coals and the instructions.
