    Join us at Copper Beech Cafe, Dulwich where we'll be talking about the gut microbiome, and its importance in the health of all our body systems.
    The session will be led by Kirsty MacSween & Lindsay Bell, two London-based registered nutritionists practicing functional medicine.
    In this session we'll cover:
    The core microbiomes within the body Connections between them (i.e. how the oral microbiome can affect gut health) The gut microbiome What impacts and damages your gut What changes you can make today - foods, herbs & lifestyle. We'll also have time for Q&A where you'll be able to ask all of your gut-related questions and what changes you can make today.
