Pilates classes at Honor Oak Baptist Church on Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
New 5-week block of Pilates classes starting next week (w/c 22nd April). All levels welcome!
7.15pm Intermediate - for those who have done Pilates before.
8.20pm Beginners - for those new to Pilates or who may have had a break from it.
Aimed at those who want to improve posture, relieve aches and stiffness and strengthen their core. There are classes for everyone from complete beginners to those who have done Pilates before. Taught by Body Control Pilates teacher Lucy, classes are small in number to allow for adequate observation and support. Classes are 1 hour long and mats and equipment is provided.
