I will be facilitating a new 8 week course- introduction to mindfulness with self compassion starting Monday 3rd Feb 7p.m at Bell House Dulwich, no experience necessary.
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, promote a genuine sense of joy and increase a sense of calm to cope with life’s up’s and down’s.
