I bought this phone. Paid to get the screen fixed and also had to pay to get the phone reset, since it was not obvious as Dulwich Handy did not have the PIN.

Once I had done this, I was disappointed to find our SIMS were not supported because the phone had not been unlocked to any network.

He tells me this is not his problem. He won't refund my money. He has not apologised or offered to take the phone back and get his network provider to unlock it.

I now have a useless phone locked to a network I don't use that I have paid ?120.

Buyer beware this man.

If you can contact the provider it?s locked with they should be able to unlock it for free that?s if the phone is more than 18 months old, not 100% sure on this but what I have read. Good luck

Do you know which network it's been locked to ? (EE/Vodafone/O2 etc)
