Competition could be a fantastic way of unleashing your power! I was definitely expecting Vicki to lose a good amount of weight in this competition, but I didn?t expect almost 10kg loss 😆 Some people might say, ahh if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you gain it back quickly.
