I rarely post on the forum, but thought it was worth mentioning that this alarm was loud enough to hear from where I live on Barry Road! It sounds very similar to an alarm which kept going off last year in the same area.

Some workmen with a JCB and skip were clearing the old timber yard today. It's about half-done, so I presume they will return tomorrow to finish the job.

It was a serious collision between a moped and delivery van at the junction of Whateley Road / Underhill Road and Barry Road. Although the air ambulance crew were on the scene, the moped rider was taken to hospital in a regular ambulance.
