I would like to add a recommendation for Paul from Knight & Sons. I usually get Southwark Council services for rubbish collections, but this time they did not have availability for weeks (plus it takes extra time to get into their website and specify each item). Hi ? have you changed her milk? After trying everything you have mentioned, the GP advised me to change the milk. I changed from SMA to Aptamil follow-up milk and it worked! The GP told me to look for milk with lower iron content. Hope your daughter gets better!
