Hi Alice We had a good look around for recommendations and came across a local firm (Haywater Surveyors) in Camberwell. They did a building survey of a house that was a probate sale in West Dulwich and found a number of significant structural problems. We found another house over the road that was also in our price range although it also had a few structural issues.
