They have chronic pain and chronic fatigue, as well as complex allergies. They are a creative, funny, and straight-forward person, who enjoys chatting and developing a friendship with their carers. The client needs help with day to day tasks, including but not limited to: washing up, laundry, prepping food for meals, cooking, cleaning, shopping, organising their medication and getting it from the pharmacy, healthcare admin (emails, phone calls, etc). They are an accomplished gardener and will advise you to do gardening tasks such as watering, cutting off produce, and weeding. They also might ask for help with sewing projects, such as cutting fabric, and DIY projects (i.e. putting up a shelf, fixing drawer with screwdriver).
