    I doubt if M&S would go to the trouble and expenditure of feasability study. Their Bean Counters will have identified E Dulwich as a viable shopping area and will therefore want to get in there. this will mean that all the other investors who use M&S as their indicator will also start trying to get in. If I owned a run down shop on LLane I'd bide my time!

    Its not just safety Issues you've taken up in other wards. I'm sure you helped get the Fireworks Cancelled in Dulwich Park. yet you think Renata shouldn't comment on the main Shopping Street used by all of Se22 NOT Just East Dulwich ward People. Not sure you are a hypocrite but maybe you shouldn't sling mud at Renata and others without thinking about it first.

    Dont worry the Liberal Demonuts will be gone next election. Nobody voting for them will trust them not to let tories in. They have done it once in Southwark and then Nationally.

    I think most reasonable people would accept the occassional "Binning" of a parking space for a delivery or a skip. Its the selfish people who want to designate a piece of public highway as their own that upsets.

    I noticed the plonkers with a speaker on their truck were out irritating everyone yesterday at the fair. Did they not realise there was a proper LIVE music performence on. And do they also not realise that there are already enough idiots with their car windows open trying to prove their manhood with an over loud stereo system driving around?

    No anybody and everyone can comment. There are however very strict restrictions on who can speak at a planning meeting.

    No you can cancel a Continuous Payment Authority. 2 Banks got the rules wrong but have now been put right. 2008 Finance act I believe.

    A lot of Upland and all of Piermont are in Peckham Rye Ward Perhaps we should invite the Local Councillors? Does anyone have the Crime Figures for our Ward?
